Our billing system is easy to learn and designed to be user friendly. Non-technical people are quickly comfortable with the intuitive features of the system.

After helping with any necessary technology integration, we come to your practice and train your staff on the billing system. Depending on the size of your practice, initial on-site training may last between one and five days.

Training and support is always available. After the initial client set up, additional training is always available at no extra charge for staff turnover or cross training.

Educational sessions are also available to learn more about new system enhancements, advanced features or changes in the industry.

Clients need to be comfortable with our billing system, and our training programs are designed to instill confidence.  We provide all intellectual resources to maximize the benefit of our services.
